easyJet increase flights between Glasgow Airport and Amsterdam

Glasgow Airport has received a further boost as easyJet launch increased flights between Glasgow and Amsterdam.

The airline has launched an additional two weekly flight between Scotland’s largest city and Amsterdam with flights now operating daily excluding Saturday.

The new and enhanced flight schedule provides more choice and greater flexibility for both business and leisure travellers while increasing capacity for additional passengers. The increase in capacity is in response to strong and growing customer demand for the route with 436,675 passengers travelling between Glasgow and Amsterdam in 2016.

Flights between Glasgow and Amsterdam and hugely popular with Dutch tourists using the service to visit Glasgow and other major tourist draws in Western Scotland including Argyll & Bute, Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park and many of the country’s top whisky distilleries and golf courses.

Flights between Glasgow and Amsterdam are equally popular with Scottish based travellers.

With its characteristic canals (UNESCO World Heritage) surrounded by narrow, low and crooked 17th-century houses, Amsterdam is, without a doubt, one of the most charming capital cities in Europe.
