Blue Air increase flights between Glasgow Airport and Bucharest

Glasgow Airport has received a further boost as Blue Air launch increased flights between Glasgow and Bucharest.
The airline has launched an additional third weekly flight between Scotland’s largest city and Bucharest with flights now operating every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
The new and enhanced flight schedule provides more choice and greater flexibility for both business and leisure travellers while increasing capacity for additional passengers. The increase in capacity is in response to strong and growing customer demand for the route with 58,222 passengers travelling between Glasgow and Bucharest in 2016.
Flights between Glasgow and Bucharest and hugely popular with Glasgow’s large Romanian population as well as tourists using the service to visit Glasgow and other major tourist draws in Western Scotland including Argyll & Bute, Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park and many of the country’s top whisky distilleries and golf courses.
